Is there likely to be significant interest in conducting a Raise the Roof fundraiser this year to aid in the restoration of the building? If you would be interested, please indicate the most convenient dates in your comment. Furthermore, please share this to raise awareness and assess the level of interest.

If there is interest in restoring this building please reach out. Right now we need to reach a $20,000 goal to redo some of the exterior. If anyone has ideas for fundraising or is interested in investing, please reach out, and share the heck out of this! Ideally I’d like to have it opened up as a licensed restaurant, with some air bnb rooms. Until the roof is redone, this will not be possible.
