A Heartfelt Update 💜

After a lot of reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision that Hardisty Brewing will be closing its doors. Our final day of operation will be Saturday, November 8.

Thank you to our loyal supporters. Your support has been a great privilege, and we will miss you dearly.

For the next couple of days:

🍻 Stock up on your favourites — to-go cans, growler fills, and charcuterie are all available while supplies last.

🎟️ Use up your gift cards — now’s your last chance to stop in for a pint or some take-home beer.

Cans of beer will be $3.50+tax while supplies last
32 oz. Growler bottles are available for $9.75, and growler fills starting at $7.00
50% off all merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, glassware)

Running Hardisty has been an incredible journey — one filled with creativity, connection, and community spirit. Thank you for being part of it.

Join us this Sunday, October 26th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for an afternoon of carving pumpkins with your friends and family! Just $4 per pumpkin!

We'll be supplying the pumpkins and carving materials, as well as some painting materials in case you don't feel like getting messy.

Reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure that we pick up the appropriate amount of pumpkins (not too many, not too few)

This is a family-friendly event, just ensure your little ones are fully supervised the entire time!

Some minor updates to our hours for the season!

We will be closed on Tuesdays moving forward. Our weekly Cribbage & Games Nights will be moved to another day and time: stay tuned for those updates in the near future.

We continue to be open Wednesday through Sunday, including during lunchtime hours Thursday through Sunday - plus our daily Happy Hour from 4pm - 6pm!

We hope you continue to support us even as the evenings get darker and colder, and that you keep us in mind as workplaces begin to look for holiday party venues!

Happy Autumnal Equinox! 🍂

With the arrival of autumn, our roster of fall cocktails are here to bring those warm and cozy vibes as the air gets cooler.

The lineup starter is actually our Seasonal Spirit-Free drink, back from last year - the Spiced Apple-Sage Sparkler! Featuring an herbal tisane and our house-made spiced orange syrup, this non-alcoholic drink delivers on all fronts.

Who doesn't love a good Espresso Martini? We've elevated this traditional cocktail with a touch of brown sugar and cinnamon that is sure to compliment fresh espresso, with the beans sourced right next door at !

If a Mai Tai is a perfect summer drink, then this Chai Tai is the perfect transition into fall. A blend of dark and white rums, with splashes of cointreau and lime to deliver some bright and sweet citrus notes, all brought together with a chai orgeat.

Whisky Sours are a classic for a reason, and this Spiced Cranberry Sour is proof that a good whisky deserves good company. The combination of tart cranberry and lemon is balanced with the sweet spiciness of the orange syrup, with that iconic creamy froth that any true sour begs for.

Ordering an Apple Gimlet is an easy choice - a classic blend of gin, lime, and sugar meets that crisp, bright apple-y goodness; you really can't go wrong!

And last but not least, an old friend some of you may recognize - Gingerbread Margarita! We first featured this cocktail at our first tequila tasting in 2024, and it was begging to make a comeback. The classic makings of a margarita with that Spiced Orange Syrup twist that makes this an easy sipper.

The whole lineup is available starting Tuesday, September 23rd, but don't wait too long to come give some of them a try!
