May is mental health awareness month.
So here’s your reminder that “holding it together” doesn’t always mean someone is okay.

Some moms are smiling in pictures while fighting battles in their head nobody knows about.
Some people are surviving off caffeine, anxiety, overstimulation, and pure love for their kids.

And honestly?
Some of us deserve an award for not losing our minds in the Walmart parking lot alone.

Be kind.
You never know who’s one minor inconvenience away from crying in their bathroom for five minutes and coming back out pretending they’re fine.
