I was so blessed today to do a quick few minutes of yoga with one of my mentors, Kurt Johnsen, who founded American Power Yoga. His verbiage during class is so 🙌🏼!
Today I think I heard him say, “Three super long exhales here, extend them like a vacation. “ 🤣🥰🏝🙏🏼😜
I’m like, oh, yeah, I gotta remember that one!!
