We are pleased to announce, that our mission to deliver hurricane relief aid to Long Island Bahamas, is just about complete. What we need at this point is help in reaching our final goal in this effort. George Martinborough, the late husband of Susanna Pratt-Martinborough operated the little bar for many years until he passed away. The Goat Pond Bar was ran thereafter by his wife affectionately known as "Sue" until she she passed it on to another family member.

I've thought long and hard for over a year now!! I make it my business to go back home to long island at least once per month if not twice per month. To enjoy myself and socialize with my family and friends there. But long island have some issues that am sure are fixable if thats a word. Everyone on long island knows that i love politics so i make it my business to listen to the concerns of my people there. And yes. This the world famous Goat Pond Bar located in Gordons Long Island!!! lol
