So here it comes my first post of a drink; hopefully one of many... 😁

My twist on the amazing
" Espresso Martini "!
Created in 1983 by Dick Bradsell at the Soho Brasserie in London for a customer who' d asked for a drink to " wake her up and f@*k her up".
The rest is history...

So here's my twist on it:

Mi Mejor Enemigo

40 ml- Don Julio Reposado
20 ml- Patron XO
25 ml- Tapachula coffee
1 barspoon- El Silencio Mezcal
1 barspoon- Agave syrup
2 dashes- Saline solution
1 Grapefruit Zest discarded

Frozen glass coated with sugar
On top of the glass;
Garnished with a white chocolate Ganache
and a Soft Meringue
And a on the side a Rochers coco

Voilà...

Clearly an afterdiner drink but the Mezcal and the grapefruit Zest add another dimensionto the drink.
