What we’re looking for:
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants (minimum 1 year)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Papiamento is a plus)
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Ambassador Experiences – Bodegas Papiamento Distillery

🍹Would you like to be part of one of the most unique and vibrant places in Aruba?

At Bodegas Papiamento, we don’t just craft rum — we create experiences that bring the spirit of the island to life.
We are looking for Ambassador Experiences to join our team — dynamic, service-driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable moments.
Your Role

Host and guide rum tasting experiences
Assist guests in our souvenir shop
Support food & beverage service during experiences and events
Prepare and present signature cocktails (training provided)
Deliver an exceptional and engaging guest experience

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality
Fluency in English and Spanish (Papiamento is a plus)
Strong service mindset and positive attitude
Outgoing, personable, and eager to learn
