WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT FOH LEADER 👀🍻
The 383 Wooli is on the hunt for a Full-Time Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team.
This isn’t a stand-in-the-corner-with-a-clipboard kind of leadership role. We’re looking for someone who loves being in the middle of service, leading the team, looking after our guests and keeping the venue running smoothly when things get busy.
You’ll be responsible for:
🍽️ Managing day-to-day FOH service
🤝 Leading, supporting and engaging the team on shift
✨ Maintaining presentation and service standards across the venue
🍸 Shaking a cocktail, pouring a pint and jumping behind the bar when needed
👀 Spotting what needs doing before someone has to ask
🌊 Helping create the relaxed, fun and genuinely welcoming experience The 383 is known for
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality
• Has previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Has a serious eye for detail when it comes to venue presentation
• Is confident across both floor and bar service
• Has top-notch communication skills
• Can read a guest, anticipate what they need and make great service look effortless
• Leads from the front and isn’t afraid to get stuck in with the team
