On Friday, our little basement den walked away with two awards at the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber Golden Crow Awards. 🏆🏆

To win employer of choice means a lot. Hospitality is people. Staffing is one of the hardest parts of the industry and it’s one of the parts we have and continue to work hard to get right. A venue is only ever as good as the people inside it. We’re very lucky and thankful to the whole team behind making Olivette what it is. ❤️

Winning excellence in small business means just as much. We started Olivette with a clear ambition to create something for Wagga that feels outstanding. An experience you cannot find anywhere else in the city. We have always believed that regional hospitality should not have to feel second to anywhere. We want to give locals something to be proud of, visitors something to seek out and play a part of growing the hospitality culture of this region.

Anyway, if you made it this far. Thank you for your support. That’s enough sincerity for one post. Normal mischief resumes immediately. 😉✨

Well, pal. Tonight wraps four months of of our steak frites evenings. 🥩🍟

What started as a little Thursday idea has become one of our favourite evenings. Thank you to everyone who’s booked a table, brought a pal or quietly taken a game of UNO far too seriously.

Another big thanks to the amazing musicians that play every week and make the underground vibe come alive. 🎷
