Longboard Bar is where the beer and the bar come together to create the perfect restaurant. Our cuisine is a reflection of great Australian fusion where the extensive menu offers something for everyone. Dinner & lunch reservations are highly recommended, to avoid disappointment. The seating consists of inside air conditioned, outside under cover and outside on the deck alongside the Coral Sea. There is a variety of high tables and stools around the bar area which are perfect for a social drink or meal amongst friends. Longboard offers a great range of other Australian and International beers as well as a selection of draught beer. The wine list covers all the varieties from value for money wines to a few top range wines for those who appreciate the finer things in life. El Tequileรฑo has been crafted in the town of Tequila, Jalisco since 1959, and has a pretty special connection to one of Mexicoโ€™s most iconic tequila bars.

In 1961, La Capilla chose El Tequileรฑo Blanco as the tequila for its now-famous Batanga โ€” a simple combination of tequila, lime, cola and salt that was created by La Capillaโ€™s founder, Don Javier Delgado. Itโ€™s still made with El Tequileรฑo Blanco today.

Today, Jorge Antonio โ€œTonyโ€ Salles, grandson of founder Don Jorge Salles Cuervo, carries on the family tradition as third-generation Master Distiller.
