With over 28 years of chefing and knife sharpening experience in Australia, USA, England and Europe, I was always the “Go to Guy” if anyone wanted their knife sharpened. We now bring this experience and passion to the Central Coast of NSW. We do it different. A personalised service, we have our own small work bench and machine- all we need is access to power and cover if it’s raining. Set up and pack down takes 5 minutes. We don’t use a noisy generator and the Tormek water cooled sharpening system is whisper quite! We offer package deals and individual item prices for pop up locations on the Central Coast where you can come to us.
