The Velvet Glove will be temporarily closed from the 8th of September 2025. Our beloved Chef Tristan is following his heart and moving on to educate and inspire the next generation of culinary artists. As a result, we are taking a short break to ensure that we find the right person to continue his legacy of care; a new Head Chef whose philosophy aligns with the Velvet Glove’s unwavering commitment to excellence, and someone who cares as deeply about the experience of our valued customers as we do. We can’t wait to begin our exciting new chapter!
