Everybody’s favourite all-American BBQ Restaurant, opened in 2015, offering Sydney an authentic slice of Nashville. Located in the beating heart of Surry Hills, this dive bar is a well-needed escape from the daily grind; where big kids go to play, and the food makes them stay. Surly’s serves up soul food from the Ole Hickory, a famous commercial fire-box smoker flown in straight from Missouri. Hea

rty plates of ribs, beef brisket, chicken thigh and pulled pork – smoked in-house over wood – are dished up alongside an epic range of local boutique beers. You’ll also find an impressive cocktail list, where the Old Fashioned and Bloody Caesars sit alongside house creations. Upstairs, past the epic mural by Sydney Artist, Sindy Sinn, you’ll find Smokey’s Cabin, with shuffleboards and free arcade games against the dark interior, wood panelling and charismatic brown sofas. It’s a place to dance off the BBQ and crunchy hot wings, with live music on offer most nights of the week.

Yeah we’re simple kinda men 😉 2 burgers for your Thursday night bite. When you think of a burger do you consider pulled pork as the filling?

This is our Piggy Stardust - 12-hour Pulled Pork, slaw, onions, pickles & Louisiana hot sauce. 🐷

That burger up top is our Tom Brady - Smashed Beef patty, crispy bacon, cheese, onion, pickles, mustard BBQ & creamy aioli. Oh and we added 12-hr Pulled Pork to that one too just to make sure we leave this meal stuffed.

Platters: We’ve got 4 sizes of them so you can try it all whether you’re on your own, with a few pals or a big group. They are available every day at Surly’s so come for dinner or a midday feed to give yourself some serious meat sweats. 🥵

Bottomless BBQ: On every Saturday. For 65 per head you get 90 minutes of bottomless meats and indulge in our delicious sides. You can also add a drinks package with with selected beers, cider and cocktails.

YES we are running bottomless this Anzac Day Saturday! We hope to see you there. 🍻
