We are excited to announce that the Australian Whisky Awards ceremony is back, with a new virtual tasting and live stream presentation!

The event will take place on Thursday, March 16th at 7:30 pm and will be streamed live on Facebook. Our team will be broadcasting from inside the Hickson House Distilling Co, where the excitement and anticipation for this year's awards are already building.

Last week, after listening to feedback from the industry and after much consideration, we made the incredibly tough decision to cancel the Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony on February 10th at the MCA. Those affected were notified and tickets have been refunded in full.

For the past week we have been working closely with the industry to bring you the awards in a new and interactive format. We are thrilled to announce that the awards will be streamed live on Facebook, allowing you to join us in celebrating the best in Australian whisky from the comfort of your own home.

Along with the awards presentation, we have arranged a whisky tasting during this event that can be enjoyed by all. Details on how to order your whisky tasting pack will be shared soon.

We are confident that this new format will bring a new level of excitement and engagement to the awards ceremony.
