What an absolutely beautiful monastic black satin specification, made for a faithful brother in Sweden 🇸🇪☦️

This stunning 150-knot Orthodox prayer rope features a semi-spaced circumference, beautifully contrasted with red spacer beading, silver metal cross beads bearing the image of the Most Holy Theotokos, and elegant silver accents throughout.

At the centre of the cross, the bead is embossed with the sacred letters IC XC NI KA, meaning ‘Jesus Christ Conquers’ ☦️

The weight, balance, and feel of this bespoke tool for prayer are absolutely perfect. I must honestly admit that I am a little sad to see this one leave my hands and begin its journey to its new home.

After more than 17 years as a Master Prayer Knot Artist, this is precisely the kind of design I would hold dear myself.

Timeless, deeply traditional, and made with reverence for the sacred purpose it serves.
