🔹What are you aiming for?🔹
🔸Whether it’s in the gym or any other aspect in your life it’s extremely important to set your self goals!
🔸Why set a goal?
It’s simple, without a certain goal to aim at we become complacent and tend to just go through the motions leading us to never truly reach full potential. (Really, not even close)
🔸Setting yourself a goal doesn’t need to feel unrealistic or unreachable. You actually want the opposite, something you can obtain.
🔸A good goal should always be specific so make sure you set a date/ time frame for you to reach that goal. (But again make sure to be realistic)
🔸You also want something that you can measure. Some examples in fitness it could be lifting a specific weight, reaching a certain body fat percentage or even something like training 4 days a week.
🔸With that being said, today’s a perfect day to set yourself a goal;
It’s the start of the week, Spring is upon us and Summer is around the corner ☀️
