~~~ Bar Manager WANTED! ~~~

We are looking for someone with drive and passion to run our Bar as if it were their own.
The position would be full-time and mostly autonomous, giving you free rein to create the venue people want. It would require a person with multiple skill sets, PR & Marketing, Bar/Hospitality, Back Office management, and most importantly Determination.
The bar is currently paying its own way but not returning a profit consistently. We have space that is unused, which could be set up as a restaurant, pool/games room, lounge bar etc. to increase revenue.
We are located on the Main Street in and out of Hoi An and 100 meters from the 2nd largest backpackers in town. The right person could very easily turn this around into a very profitable business in just a few weeks. We are open to changing the venue, vibe, menu, and anything else that is needed.
What we need:
1. Solid F&B management experience
2. Strong bar tending skills (to teach and ensure compliance)
3. Knowledge of std Western accounting
4. Prepared to commit to contract period of 6+ months
5. Extensive knowledge of how to utilise Social media and PR
6. Love of Beer, Spirits and Cocktails
7. Able to work unsupervised and report to remote(off shore) ownership
The Role:
1. Manage the day to day running of the business
2. HR including rosters and hiring/firing.
3. Accounts: Ensure everything is accounted for in the books.
4. Stock control
5. Event management
6. Marketing
7. Vision to redevelop the business.
