ACCIUGHE - Cantabrian salt cured anchovies, grilled peppers, crispy bread. That’s it. That’s the post.

Some things don’t need explaining. Pull up a stool, let the tin speak for itself, and enjoy anchovies the way they were meant to be eaten. This is cicchetti the way it was meant to be, honest, a little salty, and best enjoyed with a glass of something cold.
