☕️ You’re Invited! Biggest Morning Tea at The Barwon Grange 🌸

Today is the day! We are opening our doors for a beautiful Biggest Morning Tea to raise vital funds for the Cancer Council, and our hearts would be so full if you joined us.

Come settle in by the river, catch up with neighbors, and enjoy some wonderful company. We have plenty of fun games lined up with delicious treats for prizes, and a truly exciting raffle—one lucky winner will be taking home a gorgeous Smeg x Lavazza Espresso Machine! 🎟️✨

🏡 Finding Your Way to Us

Don't let the local roadwork throw you off! Even though the usual walkway bridge is taking a little break right now, getting here is easy:
Stroll on over: Enjoy a gorgeous morning walk along the river path right to our gate.
Drive on in: Come down Fernleigh Street.


Yes, you can park here! Please ignore the "Road Closed" signs—they don't apply to our guests, and there is plenty of parking waiting for you right on-site at the property.

Hey It is time to clear your schedule and prepare your appetite for a cause that’s close to all our hearts. We are hosting this year’s community gathering to support the Cancer Council, and we would love for you to be part of the magic!

​The Tea on the Tea:
​Last year, you all absolutely blew us away. We went in with a humble $1,000 pledge, and everyone, in a display of generosity that still has us smiling, pooled together a massive $2,100!

​We’ll be honest, we truly wanted to up our pledge this year. However, between the price of oil making us consider training a team of carrier pigeons and the global economy doing its best impression of a sinking pavlova (while the billionaires buy bigger yachts), we’ve decided to stick to the same goal. We are maintaining our pledge so we can keep the coffee flowing and the doors open, ensuring every cent you contribute goes exactly where it’s needed most.

​What’s on the Menu?

​The Classics: We’re bringing back the fan-favorite games and the raffle that had everyone on the edge of their seats last year.

​The Treats: Plenty of tea, coffee, and enough treats to make your dentist slightly nervous. 🤣

​The Goal: To prove once again that while the world's "richest" might be getting richer, the real wealth is right here in our community spirit.💕

​Let’s get together, share a laugh, and raise some serious dough (both the edible kind and the donation kind) for cancer research and support.

We did it again, ! 🙌

The adrenaline was pumping every time those surprise inspections hit us mid-trade, but keeping things perfect for you is what we live for. Honestly? All we can say is: "Whew! What a rush!"

Grade A on the Grange early this year and another Grade A for the river site, let's keep this going! A massive shoutout to our incredible crew for crushing it and to you—our amazing customers. The bond we’ve built together is the spark that keeps us leveling up every single day. You inspire us! 🤩
