I used to walk past this pub on the way to school before closing at around 1985-86.

Been following the renovations along the way and today we dropped in for lunch.

I had the braised lamb shank,creamy mash,green beans,peas and lamb just.
The menu has quite a good variety of different dishes and what ever you're in the mood for.
The venue has an awesome gastro pub feel and there's an awesome beer garden as well and will give any big city counterpart a good run.
