The LandSurveys Experts Cup returns in 2026! 🌲​

The WA Rally Championship is heading back to Collie and the surrounding region with the return of the LandSurveys Experts Cup on Saturday, 20 June 2026.​
​
Known for its challenging roads and competitive field, the Experts Cup continues to be a highlight of the WA rally calendar as crews battle for championship points.​

🚗 New for Tarmac West 2026 – Modified Classics Class! 🚗​
​
Tarmac Events WA is excited to introduce a new class to Tarmac West and future tarmac rallies – Modified Classics.​
​
As classic cars continue to age, it can become increasingly difficult to maintain them in their original factory specification. Many owners have modified their vehicles over the years, meaning they no longer meet the current Classic Regulations. The new Modified Classics category has been developed to provide a home for these cars, with regulations based on the interstate ATR Classic Super Rally class.​
​
This new category is expected to welcome back some fan-favourite older Fords and Holdens, along with a variety of other classic marques.​
​
A key requirement will be that all vehicles are road licensed, with the engine capacity matching what is recorded on the registration papers. This provides proof that the vehicle has been inspected and approved by the Department of Transport for road use without requiring a permit. As with all entries, the driver, co-driver, and vehicle combination will be subject to approval by Tarmac Events.​

If you have a car that fits this criteria, we’d love to hear from you and hopefully see you on the start line at Tarmac West from 17–20 September.​

Please note that the Early Classic and Late Classic Categories will still be running.
