We brewed Black to match that. It’s thick and velvety, loaded with espresso, treacle, and toffee notes, with a creamy finish from a heavy dose of oats.

Meet Proper Northern, our latest limited-release!

Coming in at a sessionable 4.4% ABV, this one is all about that deep malt complexity. We’ve layered Atlas Pale, Munich, and Chocolate malts to bring you big aromas of hazelnut wafer biscuit and milk chocolate.

Despite the mahogany pour, it’s light-bodied and crisp with a low 20 IBU, meaning it’s built for long sessions and easy drinking without the heavy weight of a stout.
