Whats new on the menu?

Bluefin tuna, fermented yuzu, a dusting of horseradish snow.

Fermentation gives the yuzu its complexity, while the horseradish brings a delicate, contrast on top of a blue corn tostada ,for crunch, of course.

We really made it rain truffles last night 🥳 Thank you to everyone who got a ticket, came through and showed out.

The full truffle menu is still available - until mother nature says otherwise.
