Bastien Collard de Billy (the sixth generation to join ) and Jean-Paul chatting about Pol Roger, & nearly forty years after this morning’s staff tasting. It was a great lineup of wine from the Brut Réserve (which we pour out of bottle and magnum!) through to the Blanc de Blancs 2015, the Brut 2018 and the Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2018.
