Another two specials this week at Barbarian Brewing…

For starters there is a gorgeous plate of pork belly bites, deep fried send smothered in a slightly smokey, slightly spicy BBQ sauce, finished with coriander and sesame.

And for dessert we have a delicious vanilla panna cotta, on a plate drizzled with mixed berry coulis, sprinkled with toasted coconut and house made honeycomb.

What's on the Taps with Mat 🐑

New series alert. Our head brewer Mat is taking you behind the bar to talk through what's pouring, starting with a proper one.

This week Mat and Pete sit down with our Yorkshire Bitter, cask-conditioned and hand-pumped the way it's meant to be. Smooth, malty and made for a slow pint and a good chat.

Our experimental cask-conditioned dry Irish stout is on the pumps, and it's more than delicious!

⚽The World Cup is on, and the big screen's on at the Baa. 🐑

Here's how we're playing it.

All through the group stage, we'll be open for every game that kicks off from 11am, Wednesday to Sunday. Daytime footy, cold beer, and a room full of Barbarians to watch it with.

The Socceroos play twice in that window, Sunday 14 June 2pm and Friday 26 June 12pm, so come down for those.

Some games kick off at silly hours our time. If you want to bring a crowd down for one of those, have a chat to Pete and we'll see what we can do, especially as we head towards the finals.

Any special openings, we'll announce right here.

In the meantime, we'll have replays running back-to-back from open, so there's always footy on the screen. Talk to us about anything you'd like to see.

You loved the Calamari so much we sold out already!

So the chef has whipped up a jerk chicken burger for the rest of the week.
Vibrantly seasoned grilled chicken, served with lettuce, tomato salsa, and spicy bonnet chilli sauce, on a house-made bun, with hand cut chips on the side.
