For anyone who enjoys the taste of ginger. It is a wine based, bubbly beverage that tastes of ginger but still has a level of sweetness and is extra delicious with some fresh lime. $18.99 for a 6 pack at Dan’s. Not too shabby. But be warned it is 8% ALC/VOL per can so it’s quite deadly. But a tasty kind of deadly.

Carly’s Cocktails The Christmas Series. Super easy, super popular and super fun Chrissy Cocktails. They’re also quite versatile, I added raspberries to the margarita because I couldn’t find any cranberries and I used mint instead of basil in the Santa Sipper because my basil died. I also went Classic 80s for the food, apparently, back in the day, you couldn’t show up to a party without a cob loaf filled with French onion dip or a plate of cabanossi, cheddar and coloured cocktail onions, it was considered rude. Kids and adults alike also loved the chocolate crackles and because I can’t use meat, I switched up a Classic vol au vent and went with a sweet passion fruit curd vol au vent. @ Dan Murphy's

Carly’s Cocktails at Dan’s Kingsford went back to the 80s this weekend. You guys loved it. There was many a nostalgic moment at the tasting bar and lots of smiles and laughter.
