We are excited to announce the 2nd running of the Slate Pro Championship for 2026 on the first weekend of July.

All of the details are on the flyer below, but you can secure your spot with a $500 deposit to the bank account attached.

Day 1 is in the books, and we've already seen some incredible pool.

Tomorrow we will kick off with the 2nd round of the repecharge at 10 am. Please see the matches below.

The winners round 3 will not start before 12 midday, so you guys can enjoy your sleep in!

Some notes for the weekend

Play will kick off at 10am all 3 days. Slate will be open at 9am for those keen to hit a few balls before the match. We will be using 16 tables, so the top half of the draw will all start at 10am.

We're going to be using a roll on/roll off system, so it is your responsibility to be there when your match is up. We will be using PoolStat, so there is no excuse to be able to work out approx. when you are up.

The format is double elimination, race to 11 on both sides. We will play this until we get to 8 on the winner's side and 8 on the loser's side.
The Finals will start on Sunday where the 8 winners will get drawn against the 8 losers and the comp becomes single elimination until we get our winner of the first Slate Pro Championship, and someone is taking home that 30k Cheque.

There will be a FREE blonks comp on Sunday for anybody who didn't qualify to the Final 16 that has a guaranteed winner's prize of $3000

Finally, we'd love as many spectators as possible, get in there, support the players and create an electric atmosphere, I guarantee you'll get to see some incredible pool.

Thanks to everyone who has supported the event, travelled far and wide, we are very proud of what we've been able to achieve just by filling the field with 64 wonderful players, and we can't wait to crown the first Slate Pro Champion and distribute well over $100k in prize money and calcutta winnings!

Wow wow wow!

What an incredible result, someone will be taking home over 43 thousand dollars for buying the winner of the very first Slate Pro Championship.

Thanks to everyone who watched the live stream and participated in the auction.

For the successful bidders, please ensure you pay the calcutta money to the account in the picture below by no later than 8PM on Tuesday night to ensure all calcutta payments are made before the draw is completed on Wednesday.

If payment is not made by Tuesday we'll sick our little bulldog Tr**ny on to you, and your purchase will be at risk of being reauctioned.

The draw will be completed Wednesday night, live on CueballTV and we'll have it in Poolstat by the next day.
