It is Eclipse Season and on the 8th of April 2024 will be a full Solar Exlipse! During this time it is advantageous to be as aware as to reap the benefits and make transitions and or transformations in our lives as smooth and joyous as possible! Hence this Event put to our community.🌼
DANCEfreedom ,is a Movement Meditation that starts with the wisdom of our physical body to take us deeper! No dance experience is required, it’s simply moving to music as we choose. Judika will be facilitating and guiding us on a journey within where we are given a loving space to let go of certain blockages that have kept us from moving forward and creating the life we want and need!. This is a playful way to raise and shift consciousness, bring healing /balance and raise awareness, whilst moving to an awesome set of music from over the world! Remember we are self healers, and by Doing so the global mass consciousness heals also! Alll invited to create Freedom within naturally creating global Liberation! ❣️♥️
