Flame Trees Denmark says goodbye
The Restaurant Chapter of Flame Trees Denmark Is Coming to a Close 🍸
But the Flame Trees Story Is Only Just Beginning.
After four unforgettable years, countless cocktails, late nights, celebrations, chaos, laughter, friendships and memories… it’s time for Cooper and I to begin the next exciting chapter of our lives. 🤍
As of the 15th of June Flame Trees Denmark as you know it will be closing its current chapter as a restaurant venue — but this is far from goodbye.
We are incredibly excited to continue Flame Trees Denmark into what we have absolutely fallen in love with:

✨ Weddings & Events
✨ Pop-Up Cocktail Bars
✨ Event Planning & Styling
✨ Creating unforgettable experiences across the Great Southern
To say this venue changed our lives would honestly be an understatement.
This tiny little restaurant gave us purpose, friendships, opportunities, resilience, laughter, stress, growth, and some of the most beautiful memories we will ever carry with us. We poured absolutely everything we had into these four walls — and in return, this community wrapped its arms around us in a way we will never forget.
From the bottom of our hearts… thank you.
Thank you to every person who chose to spend their nights with us.
Thank you for every booking, every recommendation, every kind review, every shared photo, every cocktail ordered, every birthday, anniversary, engagement, wedding celebration and spontaneous dinner date.
In a small regional town, community support means absolutely everything — and we truly hope we gave back even a fraction of what you all gave us.
And now for the part that makes this transition so incredibly special…
One of our amazing team members have decided to take over the venue. 🤍
Which means the heart and soul of this place will remain exactly where it belongs.
The same warmth.
The same atmosphere.
The same familiar faces.
The same community spirit.
The same love poured into every service.
There could not be a more perfect continuation of what Flame Trees has always been, and we could not be prouder to stand beside and support the new owner as they step into this next chapter.
Because “Winter’s Hollow Denmark” is coming to you on the 1st of July. 🥳🎉🍾

📖 A Flame Trees Cocktail Book featuring all of our signature recipes so you can recreate your favourite drinks at home.
With a little luck (and a lot of espresso martinis), we’re hoping to have it ready by Christmas.
This isn’t the end for Flame Trees.
It’s simply the beginning of a new adventure.
We encourage anyone with a voucher to please come in and fair-well us and get your final Flame Trees fix.
