🚫 15 More Added to the Coffs Coast Multi-Venue Barring List 🚫
Following the Coffs Harbour Liquor Accord's August 2026 meeting, an additional 15 people have been placed on the Multi-Venue Barring List.
That now means more than 100 individuals are currently excluded from licensed venues and bottle shops across the Coffs Coast.
These incidents involved a range of offences, including:
❌ Violence
❌ Threats
❌ Anti-social behaviour
❌ Underage offences
Recent examples include:
🔞 Two 17-year-olds caught attempting to enter a licensed venue using fake IDs. Both have now been barred from all participating venues until their 19th birthday.
🍺 One 16-year-old who consumed alcohol at a licensed venue after being supplied by a parent has also been barred until their 19th birthday.
Under 18? Know the consequences.
If you're caught trying to enter a licensed venue, obtaining, consuming, or carrying away alcohol, you could face:
⚠️ Police fines ranging from $220 to $2,200
⚠️ Court proceedings and a potential criminal record
⚠️ A venue ban until your 19th birthday
⚠️ An additional 6 months added to your driver's licence probationary period
