A little note from me 🤍🧡💗

I’m taking a little break from teaching, even though dance is my place of expression and freedom, I’m not in a place where I feel I can give the best of me to all of the beautiful women who show up each week.

It’s not forever, just need some rest and reset.

Taking care of your mind is so so important🦋
And sometimes that means you have to put yourself first.
