Mr Wolf, created as part of Le Royale’s cocktail collaboration series, draws inspiration from interior designer ’s love of bone-dry martinis, the Greek Islands and tropical fruit. Greek olive–based vodka is combined with a clarified mix of tomato, papaya, and vin jaune, creating a nutty, layered vermouth-style base.
