Our latest collaboration cocktail sees us partner with Jesse Stowers. The Guns of Navarone is a take on a tropical highball, a cheeky nod to his love for Thai food, Mexican tequila, and daily caffeine. Reposado tequila anchors the drink, pulled into line by a house vermouth steeped with Thai botanicals and fresh basil. It’s driven by a house pineapple and Cáscara Cola, steeping dried coffee cherry husks with jasmine tea and fermented tepache to give it a dried-fruit character.
