Warm, immersive and a little unexpected, Central 中環 is a far cry from the usual function room.

Choose from a range of canapé and banquet menus celebrating traditional Cantonese cuisine, served in booths, at long tables, or from seats opposite the chefs. Whatever you’re organising and however many you’re bringing, there’s a space to suit the occasion.

Planning something more intimate? Our Private Dining Room seats up to 12, perfect for everything from corporate lunches to hen’s parties.

Ask Chef Benny what to order and he’ll point you to three dishes: Classic Pork Soup Xiao Long Bao, Crispy Eggplant and Wagyu Beef Stir Fry.

We built the Essentials Banquet around them, then added Foie Gras Siu Mai, Pan-Fried Wagyu Beef Bun and XO Chicken San Choi Bao. Six show-stoppers, all for $55 at Central 中環.

Available Monday to Thursday, with Mondays joining the line-up from October 12.

Lunch that turns into a party, every Saturday.

From midday, gather underground for a banquet of Cantonese classics and bottomless Iced Tea. For those looking to up the energy, our 2-hour bottomless drinks package is designed to do exactly that: speciality cocktails, beers on tap, and all your favourite wines.

Then, at 1:30pm, the Disco Ball drops and we get into the groove.
