I went out to the Lake early this morning & it was absolutely beautiful with fog lingering over the waterway - picture perfect, memories flooded back of the past 11 years since Ross & I started our business, I thought of the excitement we shared and how proud we were of what we achieved and how hard we worked over those years - 7 days a week but we loved it and we had such a good time sadly that picture perfect world turned into our worst nightmare when we had 3 floods and a tornado within 4 years and the magic of what we had disappeared forever & sadly so did my husband. Memories are so precious, today was the first time I had been down to our business area on the Lake since my husband died and it will also be my last time! You know I took in the beauty that was before me today and even though we experienced the devastation and destruction that also evolved here it is so hard to believe that it all happened!

Ok right now I need help or suggestions so please throw your 2 bits in, there are a lot of stories and a lot of reasons right now why I can't tell them suffice to say I am still dealing with the Insurance company which we and now I have been dealing with since the floods in January 2013 & unfortunately when our boats were hit & terribly damaged by a tornado in November 2013 it also showed up incredibly bad workmanship which was done on them supposedly repairing the damage from the flood so it just goes on and on! Anyway to get on with it my problem right now besides having to sell what I can is that the Insurance company decided not to pay out on the damaged Houseboats but instead repair them. The houseboats are at Hervey Bay, our/my 33ft houseboat "Barra 1" has been fully repaired and looks fabulous, I have been advised that the 43ft houseboat "Barra Queen" which is being totally rebuilt should be finished within a week or so problem is I have been asked where I wish them to be moved to & then I will have to pay storage fees seriously I HAVE TO SELL THEM & I think I will have more of a chance to do so from Hervey Bay but storage costs are my big problem as I am in serious financial difficulties now does anyone have any ideas if so I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!
