Last night we were treated to Tomahawk steaks and Homebrew with friends. The Tomahawks were cut to size from a whole rib so we could have some biggest serves to cook. Simple oil, salt and pepper and reverse seared on the using charcoal.. The Kamado Joe is the all rounder hero for the backyard bbq enthusiasts. To have a single unit that can do low&slow, rotisserie through to pizzas and high temp grill is a winner.. Needless to say I had thirds. Amazing 🙌🤟👌👊 &bbq
