You have an identity problem.

You’ve spent so long being who you needed to be that you’ve forgotten who you actually are.

The Good Girl.The Performer.The Chameleon.The Perfectionist.The Blunt One.

Different masks. Same outcome.
A life built around protection instead of truth.

Because the masks we create to survive often become the identities we defend.

The Good Girl learned that love was earned through self abandonment.

The Performer learned that worthiness came through achievement.

The Chameleon learned that belonging meant becoming whoever the room needed her to be.

The Perfectionist learned that if she got it right, she couldn’t be judged.

The Blunt One learned that strength was safer than vulnerability.

None of these identities are bad.
They served a purpose.

But eventually the identity that once protected you becomes the very thing keeping you stuck.

The version of you that got you here may not be the version that’s meant to take you where you’re going.
