We’ll be sharing our BBQ tips, tricks and a few laughs across three workshops throughout the day!

🏆🔥 OUR FIRST ABA CALL-OUT!! 🔥🏆

What a way to wrap up MEAT Noosa!

Today Ember Elixir picked up our first ever ABA call-out, taking 10TH PLACE IN CHICKEN! 🍗🏆

And yep… we’re pretty bloody happy about this one! 😂🔥

We came into this comp wanting to keep learning, improving and pushing our boxes forward — and hearing Ember Elixir called out at awards was a pretty special moment for the team. ❤️

🥩🔥 BRISKET HAND-IN — THE BIG BEEF FINALE! 🔥🥩

Last big one out of the Ember Elixir camp at MEAT Noosa — and we’ve saved some serious beef for the finish! 😎🔥

Layered up with Smokey Joe’s SPG, Espresso + Texan rubs, then finished with our own competition sauce blend ☕🤠🔥

🧂 SPG laid the foundation.
☕ Espresso woke things up.
🤠 Texan brought the attitude.
🔥 Our comp sauce tied the whole thing together.

Bold bark, rich beef and layers of flavour — this brisket walked into the box like it already knew it was the big boss of the BBQ 😂🥩

Box closed. Hand-in done.

Now there’s nothing left to do but let the judges meat their fate. 😏🏆🔥

Next out of the Ember Elixir camp at MEAT Noosa — and this pig came ready to party! 😎🔥

Loaded up with Smokey Joe’s Cajun + Mojo, then finished with a sticky Peach & Bourbon glaze 🍑🥃🐷

🌶️ Cajun brought the kick.
🔥 Mojo brought the magic.
🍑 Peach brought the sweet.
🥃 Bourbon… well, bourbon needs no explanation. 😂

Bold, sticky, sweet and packed with flavour — this little piggy definitely didn’t stay home! 🐷🔥

Box closed. Hand-in done. Now let’s see if we can bring home the bacon! 🏆🥓

🐷 A whole lotta pig.

Sticky, glossy and packed with flavour — these ribs were looking pretty un-boar-lievable when that box closed. 😂🔥

The Ember Elixir crew has officially rolled into Noosa, and camp is taking shape ready for a massive day tomorrow at MEAT Noosa! 🤘🔥

BBQs ready ✅

Tonight is all about getting everything dialled in, checking the gear and making sure we’re ready to hit the ground cooking tomorrow.

Then it’s game time. 🍗🐷🥩🔥

We’re excited to be here competing in the Queensland Open BBQ Championship catching up with our BBQ family and doing what we love.
