The kitchen made Elotes Fries. Mitch made this dance 💃

We’re not saying the two are related, but we’re not not saying it either.

Inspired by the way elotes are served on the streets of Mexico… loaded with creamy sauce, cheese, chilli and lime. We’ve taken those same flavours and piled them onto crispy shoestring fries.

Manchego cheese, chipotle mayo, Tajín crumb, coriander and lime.

The happy dance says the rest.
