Inside was a rich chocolate fudge cake, layered with vanilla bean buttercream. It was covered in vanilla buttercream, decorated in a water colour effect with flecks of edible 23 carat gold and fresh flowers.

Recently, I got to make a Dory themed birthday cake for a special little girl. Inside is one layer of rich chocolate fudge cake and one of vanilla bean buttercake. Today we celebrated a baby shower for our dear family friends, Samuel and Hayley-ann.
Inside is a vanilla bean white chocolate mud cake, layered with vanilla bean white chocolate. It's all covered with fondant and decorated in a cute chevron pattern and handmade edible mum and baby elephants.

I had the pleasure of making Katrina and Simon's Wedding cake. Inside is fluffy vanilla bean buttercake, layered with vanilla bean buttercream and hints of raspberry conserve. Then the cake was lightly covered in vanilla bean buttercream and decorated with lovely fresh flowers. Congrats to the gorgeous couple 💖

When I was asked to make a pirate themed cake I was super excited, especially for a first birthday celebration.
This cake is all edible, the bottom tier is a chocolate mud cake layered with rich chocolate ganache and the top tier is a white chocolate mud cake with a white chocolate ganache filling. The treasure chest is made of rice crispy treats and filled with chocolate coins.
