Join us for a relaxed afternoon by the sea as we present our Seaside & Champagne Lunch.
Set against the sparkling backdrop of Henley Beach, this intimate lunch experience will feature five curated courses, each thoughtfully paired with five exceptional champagnes from three distinguished grower-producers:
Camille Savès - Montagne de Reims
Marcel Moineaux - Côte des Blancs
Serveaux Fils - Vallée de la Marne
Enjoy the distinct personalities of each terroir, from the structure and depth of the Montagne de Reims to the elegance of the Côte des Blancs and the expressive charm of the Vallée de la Marne.

This final masterclass celebrates Champagnes that speak clearly of one place, single villages, distinct sites, and individual vigneron expression.
Join Pursuit of Champagne and Smelly Cheese Co on Saturday 14th March at 2 pm for a guided tasting exploring clarity, character, and a strong sense of origin.
Hosted by Champagne Purveyor Wendy Rohrlach and Cheese Queen Valérie Henbest, this experience pairs:
– Three expressive, single-terroir Champagnes
– Three artisanal cheeses selected to mirror craftsmanship and texture
– Insightful stories and guided tasting exploration
– And of course… classy Sturia caviar bumps

Often overlooked, the Vallée de la Marne reveals the charm and generosity of Meunier.
Shaped by winding river valleys and unique soils, the champagne offers expressive fruit, round textures, and surprising complexity. A delicious counterpoint to the more structured regions of champagne.
Join Pursuit of Champagne and Smelly Cheese Co on Saturday 7th March at 2 pm for a guided tasting celebrating warmth, versatility, and pure pleasure.

Our journey through the terroir of Champagne has begun, and the first session at Champagne Island was a beautiful reminder of how powerfully place shapes what’s in the glass.
There are three masterclasses still to come in A Journey Through the Terroir of Champagne — each exploring a defining Champagne region through soil, grape variety, and vigneron philosophy. This Saturday join us to explore the Cote de Blancs.
Across the remaining sessions, we will continue tasting exceptional grower Champagnes from my portfolio, thoughtfully paired with artisanal cheeses curated by Valérie from Smelly Cheese Co.
Each afternoon is intimate, guided and relaxed!
