Summer terrace opening recap

Full tables, cocktails disappearing way too fast and exactly the kind of atmosphere we imagined for BOHO weekends.

Safe to say… terrace season officially started.

Sometimes you don’t even need a table for the night to turn out right. A drink in your hand, a quick bite, a few laughs, and suddenly the evening stretches longer than planned.

If you think vegetarian dishes are always a «lighter option», this one will probably surprise you.

Terra & Tide is built around sweet potato tataki placed on a salicornia cream mirror, with roasted champignons and teriyaki sauce.

This is one of those plates that quietly changes your expectations. You come thinking it will be delicate, and instead you get a dish with real character and a flavor that stays with you.

So if you are vegetarian or simply curious about how far a vegetable dish can go, Terra & Tide is definitely worth discovering at BOHO.
