Vegan carrot strips sandwich 🥕🥕🥕
Hi everyone, Nastya here, and I’m making the special this week. Or rather, I’m the one creating the ideas, and everyone else is helping with the cooking. We got a tartine from Vasya, some fresh herbs from the market, marinated, salted and peppered it, fried the carrot strips, and spread some tahini on the bread.
My favorite part of this sandwich (after the strips) is the sauce. It’s a combination of mint and tarragon in olive oil, a little spicy and a little sweet. I called it the zhug deluxe 😎
